Halloween desserts: preparation

Let’s start by saying that for the preparation of Halloween treats it is necessary to follow this procedure. Start by pouring the dry ingredients listed above (whole-wheat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, salt, and bitter cocoa) into a bowl.

In a larger bowl, however, whisk the egg, yogurt, milk, oil and your Borbone coffee. A little at a time, add the flour, and mix to make the mixture as smooth as possible.

Start preheating the oven and pour the batter into the paper ramekins in the meantime. Done? Well, now you can bake your Muffins!

Now watch this. As for making meringues, however, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Helping yourself with a sac à poche arrange on a baking sheet, lined with baking paper, form tall meringues and then place in a 100° oven.

Again, to decorate meringues and make your ghosts, use chocolate previously melted in the microwave.

Finally, remember not to serve immediately, but let it solidify and cool a bit before serving Halloween candy to your friends.
