One coffee recipe that certainly cannot be missed in summer is shaken coffee, one of the most popular cold drinks at the coffee shop. However, we would like to propose an “alternative recipe” to our readers, which is more delicious and involves the addition of ice cream.


Here are all the steps for its preparation:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Saida Espresso coffee
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 scoop of cream ice cream
  • chocolate topping for garnish

Proceedings

Make a Saida Espresso coffee with your pod or capsule machine. Meanwhile, place a glass and your shaker in the freezer for a few minutes (a glass jar can be used as an alternative to the shaker).
Next, take the shaker (or glass jar) out of the freezer and add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and the ice cubes. Last, add the freshly brewed coffee and shake for about 20 seconds. Then pour the contents into the glass, retaining the ice with a spoon.
To finish, add some cream ice cream and decorate the surface with chocolate topping.
Your drink is now ready to be enjoyed!

Cold coffee cream

Another typical summer coffee recipe is cold coffee creamer, perfect to enjoy after dinner in place of traditional coffee, or mid-afternoon for a break from work.


Here are all the steps to prepare this recipe:

Ingredients for 6-8 people

  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 200 ml unsweetened iced coffee Saida Espresso
  • 35-40 g of powdered sugar
  • chocolate coffee beans to taste.

Proceedings

First, a Saida Espresso coffee needs to be prepared with a pod or capsule machine; once ready, let it cool completely.
Once cooled, add the powdered sugar to the coffee and mix well.
Whip the cream and gradually add the previously prepared coffee mixture with the powdered sugar. Mix the mixture well until it reaches the right consistency.
Then place the cream in the freezer for about 2 hours; after a couple of hours, whip the cream some more before distributing it into glasses.
Before serving, decorate the cream with chocolate chips.
